Our studio is based in Deventer, the Netherlands, but we work with clients across the country and internationally. Conveniently located between the city center and the highway, making it easy to access. With free parking around the building.
You can send your products via post to our studio. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to deliver them in person. Let us know your preference, and we'll guide you through the process.
Products will only be returned if you provide a retour ticket. We'll store your items for up to 1 month. If no retour ticket is provided and the items remain unclaimed, we reserve the right to donate or repurpose them. Please let us know beforehand. We will send maximum two reminders.

You'll receive a detailed quotation before the shoot. During post-production, you may opt to add additional images. Once you finalize your selection in Picflow, we'll issue the full invoice. Retouched images will be delivered after payment is received.
Our collaborative pre-production process ensures that we're fully aligned before the shoot. This includes approving the concept and mood board, minimizing the chances of dissatisfaction.
However, if you're concerned, you're welcome to be present during the shoot. We provide a live preview on a screen, so you can see the images as we capture them and provide feedback on the spot for any necessary adjustments.

No, we don't provide RAW images. These files are the photographer's digital negatives and require development to match our creative standards. Delivering RAW images would compromise our creative vision and copyright. Rest assured, the final retouched images we deliver will be polished to perfection and ready for use.
You will receive the images within a month after selecting. But mostly it will be within two weeks.
Yes, if you have a tight deadline for the (some of) the images. Please let me know so I can make sure to make some time in my planning. There will be an additional fee of 50% per image.
No, as a person I really find it important to focus on one thing to make sure I can totally focus and get the best results as possible.
